The Missing Link in West MI Hospice-Care

The Last Chapter Should Feel Like Home

Currently, families in Kent County facing end-of-life care are often trapped between two difficult extremes: the clinical coldness of a hospital or the overwhelming exhaustion of caregiving at home. This is what we see everyday:

1

Loved ones to spend their final days in environments that feel clinical instead of comforting.

2

Families feeling isolated and unsupported while trying to manage end of life care on their own.

3

Sterile hospital environments that prioritize medical routine over human connection and feel impersonal.

4

A lack of dedicated spaces designed to provide peace of mind for families during life’s most difficult moments.

The Vision

Giving Families Back Their Final Moments

We envision a future where every individual at the end of life experiences dignity, peace, and compassionate care in a true home environment. Through expanded residences, trained caregiving professionals, and community investment in healthcare education, we strive to become a trusted model for holistic hospice living and end-of-life support.

Giving Families a Place to Say Goodbye

We are creating a residential hospice social house designed for comfort, presence, and professional support at the end of life.

Our Story

Meca's Angels: A Legacy of Love in Every Room

Our mission began with founder Tiffany Conley’s desire to provide her own grandparents with care that was personal, dignified, and grounded in faith. She believed seniors deserve more than clinical support. They deserve community, purpose, and spiritual care.

As the vision grew, so did the mission.

We provide dignified care for hospice individuals at end of life stages. By offering a peaceful and supportive home environment, families can focus on love, comfort and quality time together with loved ones.
